Default Virus sounds out of tune and not syncing

Ive had my virus for a while now.. and have been running it on my mac. Recently I upgraded my mac and installed OS 2.7.5 .. Taking nothing to do with OS 3 or any other updates as when I updated it on my old machine I couldnt get sound outta my virus and after weeks of dealing with Access via there webside trobleshooting .. no-one knew how to sort it so my virus became useless. Now I have a new machine and have the virus going again, every patch I play back in logic is out of tune and the out of sync error constantly comes up on Virus control .. Im aware that there is a serious latency issue with the TI and logic .. does anyone know how to resolve this issue ? im using Logic 8 and a mac G5

Thanks !

Can I access this menu in virus control or do I have to do it on the synth itself ? if so how do I change the values ?

On the TI itself, go to the Config menu then browse to Global Tuning and the parameter you will adjust is Master Tuning.

Default It happened to me also! TWICE!!!

I don't know exactly what happened. And both times it was on stage!
It's not about Global Tuning, and it's not about Virus Control. It is Virus TI itself. It sends the correct midi comands to other plugin.
Last time it was at church this sunday's service, just after I updated it 3.0.1 BETA. What was going on?!
But believe me, it worked properly just in the first chord of the first music... Wow...

Virus TI Polar - Macbook 2.4GHz, 2Gb RAM - Ableton Live 7 - Omnisphere

However, I don't wish it happen to anyone here ever!
