i want to know if i can have the filters after//before dealys...is this possible?

This is not possible. If you have a TI, there's a workaround: in Multi mode, route a patch to sub outs, connect the sub outs to the inputs and process them using an "input" patch on another channel. This way you can apply filters to a complete patch with its effects, and also do stuff like "trance-gating". Try it, it's fun!

edit :

are you suggesting that i should route the audio internally??
Part 1 usb output 1 > part 2 (input from usb 1)>filter section > usb output 2

not too sure how to do this..... can i do this setup through virus control or do i need to do it from the hardware??

also i found something about 3 outputs,1 input in the input/output config section....
also in the FX section i can see inputs....

not to sure how to route all this....

OR
not internally

part 1> analog output 1-2> patched back into analog input 1-2 with cables> on part 2 FX input section choose input 1-2...

also if i did this, would'nt i be filtering the original signal and the delayed signal coming out of USB out 1 ??
this will not allow me to independantly filter only the delayed signal....

anyway..

pls explain a little more in detail..
thanks

I dont think you can do exactly what you are asking, however, one workaround to have the delayed signal with some filtering is to use the bright/dark parameter of the delay itself...this is actually a LowPass filter (as you turn to the left) and a Highpass ( as you turn to the right), but unfortunately without resonance...
but still, a great effect, and a lot less troublesome than doing all this routing around...

Yeah, that's what I meant. Might work with USB as well, but I never tried it.

Correct, it won't I was referring to your other question - how to get the filters after effects. This way you can apply filters to a complete patch - with delay, reverb etc.
