What do you carry your desktop around in?
I know the snow comes with a case, & there are all kinds of cases for the keyboard versions, but for those that have a desktop what do you carry it around in? I've found a few possible candidates but wanted to see if anyone here had any ideas before I make my purchase.

i suppose if someone really loved their virus and would never sell it, they could invest in a pelican case.

I love my Virus and would never sell it! So whenever I travel with it I use this case. At least im pretty sure this is the one:

It is built to Military spec. At least mine says it is. Shock proof, waterproof, can drop it off the freeway and the virus wouldnt have a scratch. Has customizable foam insert to custom mold to your instrument. I can easily fit my Virus TI Desktop in there with its power supply, and all its cables. USB, TRS, etc. And still room for a mic or other small items. Can fit a slim controller in there too if I reworked the foam in the right way.

I'm looking for a gig case for the Polar TI, anyway know of any suitable products or is custom the only way to go? Living in Perth, Australia so if any Aussies have any idea where to go, I'd appreciate it.

I've been toting my Polar around for about three years in a Pelican 1650. It's been through a lot -- checked in on airplanes and on trains, tossed into vans, you name it. The case has been wonderful. There's enough spare room at the top that I can get a bunch of cables or other smallish stuff in there as well. Highly recommended.

I keep my desktop in a Gator 10/6 slant-top rack case with everything else I need for a gig. It's a totally self contained live rig with a mixer, mic-pre, effects, compressor, feedback suppressor, and a power conditioner. This way I don't have to spend time hooking up a bunch of cables and power strips. Just one plug into a power outlet and a set of balanced stereo outputs to the house PA. But the Mopho in the picture has been replaced with a JoMoX M-Resonator.
