Default [Snow TI] OS 4.0.5.01 USB2 & USB3 output don't work (no sound)

Hi all Today I wanted to work on a project with the 4 parts of my Snow but in my sequencer USB2/3 output don't work, there is no sound.
The midi signal is oki
I remember when I was on the OS 2 and 3 that work, so is it a bug or I forget to configure something in the Snow???
I tested my Snow in other sequencers (Reaper and Studio One) and I've got the same problem.

Thank for your help

Edit: A video to show my problem is here

Oki i find "Why" that don't work!!!

In Cubase 5 in the vst instruments windows we must active the Virus TI 2 [Stereo] and Virus TI 3 [Stereo]before.
There is a litte icon "->" on the right of the "e" for that

PS: I recommand to the Access Support to add this tips in the next edition of the Virus TI Setup Guide, because i don't find this tips on it
