Default OS update Bricked my new Snow!

Hi, If anyone has any suggestions I would very much appreciate it:

Just received my new Snow today, I downloaded the Total Integration software suite and ran the installer, it then started to update the OS on my Virus but it did not complete, I saw a message on my computer screen saying there had been errors during the update and I should remove all cables from my Virus and then plug them in back in again. I did this, removed the cables, waited 30 seconds, plugged them in again and NOTHING. No lights, nothing, totally dead.

I have tried everything to bring it back to life, the only thing that makes the display and lights come on again is if I hold down RAM 2&3 while plugging the power in to see the serial number. This screen works, but nothing else. There is also no Virus showing as a USB device any more in my Mac system profiler.

Thanks

Solved! I found the secret USB update mode by holding down exit as you power up and then reinstalling the OS . . . . .

Wink

you've noticed that the error message says (among the thing with cables etc.) you should hold down the EXIT button?
