Default TI2 Desktop Power Supply?

I just received my TI2 Desktop and opened it up but don't see a power supply. Odd since the Access site and the manual both mention that it comes with one.

Am I missing the supply?

BTW, I tried turning it on after connecting it via USB and it won't turn on.

You need the power supply to run the unit, its not USB powered. It definitely should come with power cables.
