my virus rack doesnt shows the preset

Hello friends,

i've bought a second hand virus rack and i've tried to upgrade to os 2.0, i 've transmited the first part but when i try to install the segond part, it goes wrong, when shows "store to receive" it turns blocked and nothing can do.
Only works when you pushes the send mode, to a computer..

If it is not in "receive / send mode" the displays shows nothing , only lets me to make a knob led test.
I've tried to change the power adapter too, .
I cant acces to the pressets and cant change the os again .what can i do ??
