Trouble sending sysex

Hi Guys

Great to be back on this forum after many years, will not reveal my old username because rather embarrassingly I can't remember it lol. So, have not used my virus classic desktop in a while. I started by trying to send one of my old sysex files to my virus using midiox, and a few other utilities without success. I know some people did not dig sound diver virus, but for me that worked each time with no problems.

The first thing I did was make sure the virus was configured, and done a force to bank b. When attempting to send sysex, I got the se icon in the corner of the virus LCD followed by the musical note symbol. However, upon attempting bank b it appeared that nothing had changed?

Any help would be appreciated
