connection confusion?

Hi

(Firstly i have read the set up section in the manual.)

I have just bought a ti desktop and its my first piece of hardware. I have been confused with how to connect the ti to my mac (for logic , novation soundcard and midi keyboard as I've been told there are a few ways. Which is the best way?

I haven't tried any of the below suggestion.

1) Using outputs from ti to input on soundcard with just jack leads and usb in to mac.

2) Using outputs from ti to input on soundcard with jack leads and usb in to mac and midi in and midi out.

3) Another??

I'm really confused and not sure what leads to buy and how to physically connect it up as I have no experience of this.

Hi Blowa

I'm assuming you can already get sound out of Logic into your monitors?

If yes you can connect the Virus to your mac via USB then follow this guide, there are no extra leads for you to buy if you do it this way.
