Problem with the LCD display on a KC

Hi!

This is my first post and is with a problem.... I hope that in other posts will be to talk about this wonderful synts....

So...this is my problem:

The LCD display of mu virus KC is showing random characters (even nothing) instead of the information of the patches or either anything that is shown in the display. I mean, anything realted to the display, is showed with random characters that had no sense...any idea?

By the way, it sounds great, no problem with the sound, only with the diplay.

I've had this as well.
Contacted Virus support, and was told to reinstall the software on the TI.
