Default Arturia Storm

Anybody tried this one out? I just was wandering around a noticed this thing on Arturia page. Seems like a very nice Reason-like software.

Its 'orrible sounding!

I tried it for a few hours when building a new DAW for a friend. I found it quite restrictive and didn't think it sounded good at all.

Perfect description!

I think this was brought out to rival Reason.....

I read a review in a local AudioTech magazine, I will try and dig it up as I remeber it being quite a comprehensive review, and quite descriptive too.

So it actually is a reason-like software. ?hih. Shucks. There doesn't seem to be demo version available.

Happens to me alot, especially in the mornings

I tried a demo of this on a disk I had and didn't like it. It sounds cheap and amateurish and is not that well laid out either.

I had totally forgot this thing. Now I quickly tested it. The sound is way better than in Reason (but also seems to be a more CPU hungry). Nice software that easily outperforms Reason but it's just not my cup of tea. I'll test this some more...

Edit: Taking some words back. This bloody thing doesn't seem to have any kind of sampler (except those loop things).

Edit 2: Seems to be a piece of crap now. G??.

Wow! From great to terrible.....

I may have to try out the demo to see what all the fuss is about.
