My biggest problem with the TI gotta be the fact that i haven't even pre-order one..

Same here. Seems like the TI series has known bugs right before the release. Hey. I have an idea. Why shouldn't we send e-mails to Access and ask is this preorder problem going to be fixed in the future OS updates.
