the third audio output...

Hi,regards people
a question:

Access Virus have 3 audio outputs. Is it possible use all simultaneous?
i can use 2 of them now,but third not. i have got a virus c.
and other question;

sometimes the second output balance is off when start to running a software sequencer(fl studio)
