is VIRUS TI the sexiest looking synth ever
well in waiting i made a life size color copy of the VIRUS TI DESKTOP.
and put in the spot where the real deal will be.
it is just so good looking. could be the sexiest of them all.
i have seen the andromeda in pictures and that is also remarkabley spunky.
ACTUALLY the roland v-synth xt rack version is very attractive to have.
what are other member sopinions.

I think the TI range looks smart and sophisticated....very nice.
My favourite looking synths are (in order)
(1) Jupiter 8
(2) Prophet 5, OB8
(3) Virus KB, KC, TI
(4) Nord 2, Nord 3
(4) Andromeda A6
(5) Roland JD800, Juno 60
(6) DX7MKIIFD, D50
What about you guys? I think cosmetics are an important factor. Personally, for Access' next synth...id like to see them move towards the Virus KB a bit more.....a bit of color....like the JP8 and OB8. I like synths that stand out a bit from the crowd.
Id like Access to make an all white synth.....with lovely faded red and blue stripes going across it.

I love the look of the understated (yet incredibly 80's looking) logo on the back of the Yamaha DX7 MKI
And....
How 80's does the DX7 MKII FD look!

I reckon the KC looks better than the TI Keyboard. I'm not into those wooden 'end cheeks' - and why on earth are they even called end cheeks?
The C Desktop reminds me of the big spiders from Resident Evil... frightening and foreboding is best for a synth in my book.

All well and good saying the TI looks sexy, but do they sound sexy?.....dont worry I already know the answer, Im just posting a cheeky reply
IMO the TI is unbeatable and sophisticated. At the moment I have started an analog collection, but eventually I'm sure the TI will be sat in my room some when , its about bloody time they were released!. Stores down here have been inundated with orders, thats a shed load of TI's!!!, but to me a virus is a virus, I was just to impatient to wait, which is why I'm now using the Classic

I think the V-Synth is a better looking and much more tactile synth.
I do like the TI keyboard from a pure construction and tactile feel, but the V-Synth is much better from that perpective.
