Yep. I have to, as I have suffer from chronic migraines and fatigue and my muscles are always overly tensed. It's about the only thing that works (within its limitations).
Not meditating in the usual sense of doing the "Ommmmmmmmmm" thing while sitting cross legged, heh, but just lying down closing my eyes and visualising parts of my body unwinding and stuff. It takes a good bit of practice to work properly.
I wake up every morning as if I have been run over by a truck, so I do it before being able to get up, lol.
Some of the Pilates stuff is good.
