Guess who's going to the Ultra Music Festival this weekend??
MEEEEEE!!!
This Saturday will be an awesome show:
https://www.ultramusicfestival.com/hi/index.php
I am helping out my job with 2 out of town meetings, the second of which is in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
So, I just arranged for my return trip to be on Sunday instead of Friday night and I'm good to go.
Me friend Jack got some tickets for UMF8 and the CarryOn after party today.
Sounds like a lot of fun; I'll post pictures when I return.
Cheers!
-Alex

Yep, you got it Jase, Prodigy is the one I'm looking forward to most.
Seeing Oakenfold live will be a first for me too.
It's rare to find a show like this in the U.S., well, Florida anyway, so I'm real glad about it.
Supposedly they send you a DVD after the fact too, we'll see.
How's the recording biz' in Australia now-a-days, Jase?
Have you used any of those Tibetan samples in a track yet?

Recordings are going well... But Uni is back on so my time is kinda limited these days. Keeping busy though.
As far as the Tibet samples, well, they are not really mine to use. The project was my lecturers, I was just assisting, and enjoying the ride.
Bought a whole bunch of cool Himalayan singing bowls though, and have been playing with them heaps
