Default [solved] No sound from TI keyboard at all

Hello everyone. I just got my TI keyboard today and im getting no sound at all when im pressing the keys. The demo song plays fine so I look in the book and its saying in the config menu. Theres a section "keyboard" where you set local to on. But I have went through every single section and there is "keyboard" section at all in my config menu. Is there a certain way to get to this menu ? I have no idea why its not showing up. Everything else is there. Midi stuff, soft knob, etc, etc. No keyboard. I have updated to the latest OS to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*edit*
Spoke to access today. Its a internal keyboard hardware failure. Gonna have to send it back. Sucks !!!!
