Problem with Virus TI in Cubase - too many voices?

Hi,

I have recently started using Cubase since I purchased an Access Virus keyboard around Christmas. Getting to grips with Cubase is a bit of a learning curve having come from Reason.

I have been creating a track today and I noticed that I have my midi channel for my pad and several other patches, total of about 6 Virus Control channels in use.

I went to add a 7th channel and I've notice that when that channel starts playing, my pad on another channel stops.

Is this because I've used up all the voices and it can't handle all the patches I'm using at once? Hope not otherwise thats crap!! I'm trying to use the Virus for as many layers as possible.
