Q: Using Ableton, Virus Control and Novation Automap

Hi all,

I've just found the forum - I can tell I'll be spending a bit of time here.

I'm looking at adding a Virus Snow to my setup. I currently use Ableton with a Novation Remote SL. I've got 2 different theories of how I'm going to get a bit more hands on tweakage with the snow with MIDI control but I'm not sure if either of them will work. Here goes

A: Use Novation Automap to control Virus Control - has anyone tried this?

OR

B: Is it possible to plug an MIDI controller into the MIDI in and tweak parameters While using the TI Total Control with Ableton
