Ghetto rigged the Virus Ti, my first attempt with the Atomizer (Video)

Hey everyone, im not really new to this thread but I have been absent for a while because I had gotten rid of my Virus about 2 years ago and I regretted every minute of it. I recently acquired a new Virus Ti Desktop and started messing around with the Atomizer. Here is my first video, please feel free to comment regardless if its good or bad. (Serious)




My very first attempt using the Access Virus Ti Atomizer. For the most part, I think its offbeat and just "ok" but its a start.

Please feel Free To leave any comments good or bad.

I think it's good, but I think Atomizer is an effect that can be easily overdone, just like over compression or too much autotune.

I find the atomizer sounds crap/useless on everything apart from breakbeat/happy hardcore

Yes, it seems built for breakbeat/DnB, just like supersaws/hypersaws for trance.

I'm sure you can do much more stuff with it though. Break the mould.

sorry, that's just bull.

i've demo'ed atomizer for hours and used everything from goldfrapp to leftfield to notorious BIG. especially with mid tempo stuff you can create beautiful transitions which remind much more of a guitar looper pedal jam man or tape delay. just because you can play the loops up into the tonal range it doesn't mean that you have to. i agree that vocal glitching like in apparat's arcadia or the ladytron "destroy everything you touch" remix will be overused soon but there still will be tons of applications where you can use atomizer and people will not even know that it was atomizer creating the effect.
