Virus ti problem

hello all virus users,
i have a virus ti desktop and in the last week i havent been able to get any sound from it, i have tried reinstalling different updates even the latest one, tried resetting it etc.. nothing.. when i turn the virus on the loading bar on the display gets stuck right at the start and eventually the virus loads up but no sound comes from any of the outputs,
what also happens is when i load a patch any patch and soon as i turn a knob a 'E' come up to the left of the patch name, now i have no idea wot this means, is it a error? or wot does it mean and why does it come up, if anyone could help i would reeeallyy appreciate it.. last resort i might have to take it to my local music shop and get it sent out for repair.. its drivin me crazy not bein able to get it working..

Sounds to me that you will have to fall back to you're last resort...and that's or the music shop...or try to contact Access Music with you're problem. ( http://www.access-music.de/support.php4 )

I believe that the "E" on the screen indicates that you edited a sound...as i see the same on my Snow.

yes, the 'E' is when the sound has been editted from its original. my virus does the same.

thanks for your advice, ill take it in and get it send out for repair! the virus has been so good to me and this all of a sudden, i guess this happens with electronics, i just hope it can be repaired..

Did you first try the Acces support line....they ar really helpfull and fast in asnwering stuff.
