TI Keys out of sync

Hi Everyone

Im hoping that someone can help me with a small problem i have with my TI keyboard. I have noticed that my keys seem to be out of sync and im not sure why. For instance if i want to play a C note when i hit the key it plays a C sharp. If I play a C sharp it plays a D note....and so on. Im pretty sure this is a problem with the virus because if i play the note by using my mouse and clicking in the piano roll editor in my DAW the problem does not exist.

Has anyone come across this before and know the fix for it?? Im using Logic 8 and my virus OS is 3.0.1.15.
