A VIRUS TI2 communication error and sycing fail with logic 9.1.3!

Hello guys , I use my Virus TI2 desktop on Logic 9.1.3 on a Imac core i7 2.93ghz quad core mid 2010 running mac osx 10.6.6 and for any reason every time that I try to open the editor this mesage turns up "A communication error has occurred. The Virus TI does not respond to request messages or the transmitted data is corrupt."and the editor open but don't sync with Logic.
I have tried reinstall the editor , format the HD and reinstall everything on the computer , made an os downgrade and after remake the upgrade on virus , made a fabric reset ,tried to change the usb ports and to install it alone on them. I read the manual for the configuration but I didn't find nothing , the soundboard of virus works on logic so I think is not the USB , the virus works perfectly on my macbook pro core 2 duo so is not broken or is not it's configuration.

I don't know what more I can do.I tried the access but they said that it's not a problem with the virus so I came here to claim for help!
