hello from tokyo...
Hello everyone!
Just bought virus C (only to find out there will be new version soon...) VERY EXCITED to spend some quality time with it over dirty winter months here in tokyo. have been dj of drum and bass and deep house since mid nineties. starting making sound about five years ago. originally from vancouver. now have very minimum gear (had to leave everything else with studio-mates in canada) now running: digidesign m-box, laptop, virus C, near-field monitors, mic, etc... have found my tastes changed when i started using protools a few years ago, so hope to find something of a new sound with dsp power OUTSIDE my computer= happy! now seeking japanese vocalist for low-key electro jazzy experiments...
really enjoyed reading all of your posts!! i hope i can be involved too ! bye for now!
mata, ne!

~Welcome to Planet Virus~ (Patent Pending)
Another expat Virusian living in the far east!
Dont know about the new version...not just yet anyway, although speculation is rife with all these synth addicts around here
Anyway, glad to have another member on board......

Welcome to the forum!
Gaijin a plenty now it seems. Always good to see a few more.
I know the feeling of leaving gear at home. It was hard to do, but then I found out how cheap gear is here. Cheered me up no end!
Yup, see ya round the place.

Nope not me. Also I've never had the money to be a DJ.
