Default sync problems with pro tools 7.4

My ti keeps loosing sync when using arp's and tempo lfo's etc.... Tried everything and I'm getting pretty pissed off.

Any suggestions people ??

I can chime in on the arp's totally losing it.. But that happens both over USB and regular midi for me. It just goes crazy, out of sync, plays long after I stop, etc..

I don't use arps very often, but when I do I remember why I don't do it very often.

Have you tried having playback start atleast one bar before anything triggering the virus starts? (I know this is sometimes "impossible" as you are working in the middle of a track and it would be crazy to start from the beginning each time you wanted to audit a change you made..)
