My bro. You've encountered the 1 most important aspect of bassline + synth creation. 2 frequencies in 2 different instruments cannot happily abound in the same space... The freq range that is being filled by both instruments will always get muddied up. You can count on that. Which is why your Virus has a built in EQ. Go to your LOW EQ and boost the EQ gain by 6 DB or so and then sweep the frequency until that muddy sound REALLY jumps at you, then do a cut at that frequency, meaning turn the EQ gain counterclockwise until that muddiness completely dissappears. At that point,
