Default BSOD caused by virususb cubase5

This has happend twice now. It's not really much of an issue, but thought i'd share it anyway. When i'm shutting down cubase 5, if i turn off the virus before C5 has finished closing, i get a BSOD which references 'virususb' as the cause.

To be safe - I always wait until C5 is completely closed - and the Virus has changed back to stand alone mode before turning it off. The extra five second wait is worth it.
