Finally...the Swedes get something right!
Anybody had a chance to check out Jose Gonzalez
Dont let the name fool you...he is actually a Swede. His music reminds me alot of Nick Drake (70's folk hero). Very simple, vocals/guitar folk music. Not sure if it something people here will enjoy, but I have been.
Worth checking out is a track called "Crosses"

Get "The Creek Drank the Cradle"
Great album. He does record in lo-fi, but it still sounds great.

I just recently picked up "Our endless numbered days"
Great album also. THe recording is a little better than his older albums due to his studio upgrades. He records himself. Both of these albums are top notch folk stylee!
