Default Attention: TI Tech Guru, Please Help!

While downloading latest TI update, my computer froze in the middle of the install and I had to abort. Problem is now my TI is dead no patches, banks, nothing. The only thing showing in the LCD is Biosv1.03 - USB UPDATE MODE. I deleted all old files from my computer and did a reload from the factory disk, changed USB connections etc. Upon running Firmware it loads to 100% and then I receive a message stating download update failed. Please try again. Which I tried over 100 times. I also get a screen stating Invalid Fash Rom Config. Damn upgrade..... Machine worked fine priot to updating.

Any and all suggestions would be tremedously appreciated.

hmm, did it fail when flashing the ti or when loading the drivers?

here's one possible solution --> reset your virus
--------------------------------------------------------------

With the Virus TI unplugged, hold down the "Arp Edit" button, located under the "Master Volume" knob, and plugin the Virus TI. You will see two LEDs (BPM and Logo LED) start flashing back and fourth - this indicates it is ok to now let go of the "Arp Edit" button and let the TI boot. All factory parameters * will return to their original settings.

Alternately, if your TI is off via the "Sleep" fuction (both transpose buttons) - simply hold down the "Arp Edit" button, located under the "Master Volume" knob and the TI will reset.

It failed while reloading the drivers. I've tried factory reset but to no avail.
As previously stated.... Tried a full re-install as well.

Thanks for your suggestions
