Default Help Snow But No Software Included

Hello,

I have just bought a snow, but the controller software was not in the box. Is there anyway to get it online with the drivers ect?

Hi Timo,

I am dying here! I have been wanting a virus since the C came out I finally have a Snow and now no Go!

I have downloaded the software v 2.7 from access website and installed. When I connect the snow though it says drivers need to be installed and that it can not find any.

I am on vista 32 bit.

Any ideas???

The Virus is pretty temperamental about how it's installed so you need to follow the installation documentation very closely.

For example, it needs to be unplugged before you start the software installation package and then plug it in when it asks you to during the installation.

Another thing to try is turning on your Snow before starting your computer.
