Default How to program a very basic tone?

Hi all.

I have just got a Virus KB, and I like it a lot. One thing that I wish it had was a way to start from a very basic tone. I don't use presets and they are a pain in the bum to program because they have all kinds of filter sweeps, effects and other stuff going on. I would like just a very basic single Osc. tone sound, so I can program my own patches from scratch.

Maybe there is one hidden somewhere, or maybe I could program one and save it as a permanent preset (from which I can make my own patches which I could then save elsewhere).

And...where can I download the manual for the KB? I couldn't find it on the Access site. I especially need it to figure out how to activate aftertouch.

Cheers and Gruß aus Neukölln,

Darren

-Init- and -START- patches on my Indigo can be found in bank C, patch numbers #126 and #127 respectively.

-Init- has two saw oscillators enabled, with a slight detune. No other settings.

-START- has just one saw oscillator enabled. No other settings.
