Default LEDS Dropping

hey guys

Maybe you guys can help me. I have emailed access many many times and they keep throwing me in circles. When I recieved my indigo 2 it worked cherry with the OS it came with. I purchased my virus as soon as it came out in the states. The problem Im having is the LEDS in the virus. Ive updated the OS everytime access has released one. Half of the LEDS seem to turn off after a minute of use. The system LEDmode is set on auto. I do soft boot after soft boot but this only resets half the time. Ive have noticed that once the LEDS drop and if I mess with the LFO shape buttong I can get the leds to reappear but then again they drop after a minute. I know how some of the first generation products that come off the line have bugs in them (like my PS2). Access have said on countless times they have never heard of this before. I just want a good working virus like when I got it. anyone have any ideas what this is? OS prob? Hardware Prob?

thanks
