Problems uploading Bank A-B patches for Virus-b

I was able to upload the latest OS just fine with Logic, but I'm having trouble uploading the patches for bank A and B. I turn on the Virus while holding down the "store" button and then I press the "store" button a second time. This puts the Virus in receiving mode. When I go output the midi to the Virus, I get a "CheckSum Error". I've ran the midi file at 120bpm and 60bpm.

Is this the correct way to upload the patches for bank A and B?

Also how do I do a System Reset or Re-Initialize?
