I've got both those albums, they are very tasty.
You are right, a lot of current psy is very formulaic particularly the israeli full on rubbish. Still some good stuff coming out, recent good albums are Prometheus - Corridor of Mirrors, OOOD - Free Range and KoxBox - U-Turn.
