problem with my Virus ti CONTROL

Basically, i owned the virus ti since 4 years and never got any prob. with virus control, and I use a Mac osx.

The other day I brought the synth to my friend's house, and we installed it on a windows. After a while, Cubase, didn't show anymore the virus control interface, even if the sound of the virus was coming out correctly.
Instead of the virus control, we got a white screen interface, as u can see in the attachent.

The worse came when I got back with my virus to my Mac, plugged it in, and guess what, Now i get the same all white interface, instead of the virus control.
The sound is coming out correctly, it's just very annoying not to see the VC because I can't easily access to all my sounds.

Please let me know if u have any ideas.
