Hi man.....welcome to the forum. Glad to have another Brit here. Im at uni in Guildford Surrey. Your just down the road heheheh

What kinda music do you make?
whoa! so many replies already! yo all!

i write kind of...well...trance (or TARNCE!!!11 as the KVR people like to call it) basically most variants on euphoria. hard house euphoria, freeform. i have some demo songs on soundclick.com. search for kat junkie. my project is now called wandering kid though but i have yet to change the name. most of the songs im pretty unsatisfied with. but crucially every one is better than the one before it and im interested to keep up this rate of improvement and see where i am in a years time. im still a long way off the kind of songs id like to produce. thus far all done with vanguard, albino, impOSCar, fruity loops internal synths and internal effects + free single shot drum samples off the net.

i monitor on sony in the ear headphones (and yea it would have been sensible to get monitors before the virus, but i couldnt resist and the asking price was only ?390 8O) so alot of my tracks seem to suffer from EQ related problems - the sub response on those headphones is practically non existant. i have yet to write a song with the virus yet though because im still learning it and it looks very complex. whoa. but its fun and tommorow ill go through the manual tutorial and see if i can build a bass patch from scratch.

any uni of southampton people here? theres a couple of us lingering around psy-forum.co.uk. sick, deranged people that get physically turned on by the number of rotaries on a control surface and to which the phrase 'show us ur rack' holds a completely different significance.
