my favourite sound is the screaming climax in "Key To The Innerverse" by Cosmosis! it s crazy how i love that sound, i emailed him few years ago to ask him how he did it and he told me it was a Roland JD990!

great violin playing...
sounds very east europe influenced.
anyhow i assume my favorite sound is the bosendorfer grand pianos sound.
i like pianos in general...
also the Celo and violin.

For sure; She can really play. I love that track, best i've heard for a long time.
I do enjoy grandpianos aswell, and orchestral types of sounds.

It is originally from Saturday Night Live, and yeah is it a great sketch and I now can now no longer every listen to don't fear the reaper without laughing at the cowbell.

Pretty much all the synth sounds on that album actually - mainly the harder ones though.
If I had to pick one sound, I'd like to know what the synth is making the sound in the intro to Serial Thrilla. Just that first sound that almost has a machine like quality.
I've read somewhere though, that he processed most (if not all) his sounds off of FOTL through the external input of an old vintage - fucked if I can remember which one though.
Great album that one.

Favorite synth sound as current comes off The Chemical Brothers new album 'Push the Button'. It's track 2, 'The Boxer', and about 2/3 into the song this awesome solo lead screams out! It sounds like a bee and a guitar string playing a solo together. . .
huh . . .how would you put those together?
