I don't know what 500 Euro will buy, but I would buy a used Mackie over many new boards (as long as I could try it out before buying).

They are solid and have great sonic quality, especially the mic preamps.

Can we ask the Mods to censor the B word?

You gotta ask yourself Lukas....Do I need a small format mixer? I have one here (Mackie 1402VLZ), and I only ever use it to monitor my stereo outs, synths etc, all of which could be done without (ie hardware monitor from inputs to MOTU 240

So in other words, it is just taking up space. Something like a Big Knob from Mackie probably would be more convenient
