Well after hearing your track using your a6 you certainly dont
To me there is something there on the TI that is not on the virus poco when using exact same patches and settings (yes turning off eq etc on ti.). If others think thats total bs no problem Use what you want and I will do the same.

Funny to hear that. The rest of the feedback has been quite opposite. Can I listen to your music somewhere? And how do you know if I used the A6 or not?

I believe you. It probably sounds a little different but that doesn't still mean that the Virus Powercore or B or C sound awful. That's just too harsh statement.

Your probably refferring tothe clarity of the TI. Afterall it uses significantly upgraded converters. Thats probably the reason why it sounds slightly 'better'

Your right, maybe I slightly over reacted with TI ecastacy the virus powercore isnt awful....its not bad for what it is, but all the added bells and whistles of the TI really are making it a joy to work with sonically which is something I never found with the virus poco.

thanks for all the feedback. Ya I rely dont need more bells and wistles from my Virus. I use other synths for that. I like the way my Powercore sounds even though I was going to sell it last month no one came through on buying it and now I am glad. It has a very unique sound to it and that is why it it is good.
To Digital Screams.... How do you figure better converters play into this? Threre are no DA coverters on the powercore cards.

He meant on the TI, although the outputs going through USB would not hit the converters and these also sound the lick

Bully for you.....Using decent converters the conversion from digital to analog can add some warmth to the sound that many favour, or the missing magic you cannot get with the 0s and 1s of the digital.

Decent D/A converters adding warmth???? I dunno about that. Clarity, yes. Accuracy, yes.
Warmth? MEH!

bully for me? There are plenty of other ways to get a nice warm sound other than converters. Like I said enjoy your new synth.
