This is a MIDI file of the patch dump. You will probably have to change the MIDI channel. I assume you can load Virus C patches into the TI.
I just followed what it says in Tomer=Trance's post to create it. It took about a minute, very easy to do.
Very briefly:-
1 oscillator, OSC2 Sawtooth then in OSC edit 'filter envelope to pitch' and choose amount. Filter envelope - quick attack mid decay. Bandpass filter adjust to taste. Increase Unison.
Just mess about with it until you are happy.

Yeah nice loads into the TI fine. It?s good. But is there anyway to have the pitch tweakerble? The filter needs to rip out more, can it be done or is this the limit?

Remember that the pitch is controlled by the attack and dacay of the filter envelope so you can tweak these to change it or you could automate these controls.
I don't know what you mean by 'the filter needs to rip out more'. If you mean more aggressive try experimenting with filter saturation and also distortion in the effects section. Ring modulation seems to work quite well with it.

Cheers Logic, that?s handy knowledge you have. It's opened the door up to some great TI sounds for me. What sort of music do you make?
Sorry i forgot to thank you Tomer=Trance, after all you had it spot on, cheers. :P

Just drop the midi file into My Documents\Access Music folder, it will then show in VC only!

I'm sorry I haven't got a TI so I don't know how it works.
If I load patches into my Virus C I just open the MIDI file in Cubase then press play and it changes the settings on the synth. On my synth I have the setting 'MIDI DUMP RX' set to enable.
Remember I supplied a MIDI file containing SYSEX data. It sounds like you can exchange actual patches between TI users, which is excellent.
Although the patch is very easy to create, I just used the instructions in a post above.
In answer to ~+? question I don't have a lot of time at the moment as I am training towards an MCSA/MCSE qualification. But I meet with a friend, once a week, to make some music. We are making slow melancholy music playing a guitar through different chained effects in Reaktor 5, the granular effects being a favourite. But I have managed to sneak a bit of Virus in to each track so far! It's a strange departure for me as I tend to like Breakbeat, Drum and Bass etc. but I am enjoying it. What music are you making and is it available to listen to on the net?
