I saw a mini-beach estate in Pensacola Beach last year that is built to look like a mini-U.F.O.

It is totally spherical and there are round, metal framed windows all around the perimeter.

It was built in the 1950s.

If this tramp of a sci-fi-shabby-chic-wanna-be put her little cutsie-intergalactic-trappings in that kick-ass U.F.O. beachhouse I just mentioned, then great, everyone should light a cigar and kiss their neighbor.

But as it is in my book, that place sucks.

If I were Capt. James Tiberius kirk I would have a hot, sexy, green alien woman (wearing French lingerie, of course) cleaning my apartment all freakin' day while I was blasting about the cosmos.

Then I'd return to my quarters and allow her to offer me a glass of Klingon brandy before doing the nasty with her, cackling with glee the whole time, knowing that our alien seeds were were incompatible and thus incapable of creating offspring...
