I remember doing some side by side comparisons when i had my Virus C and when i first got my virus Powercore... when you remove the EQ from a virus C patch they both sound identical... however with the eq added the Virus C patches always sound 10x better.. so i guess that is it really.. EQ does the magic...
now onto the TI... I sold my C a year ago when the TI was announced (if only we knew) so i cant do an A/B comparison... but my first reaction was "WOW this pisses over my Virus C" the wavetables + Hypersaw really make a huge difference.
