Here we go again...doesn't work on my Mac. Software updated OK, but the installed thought there was no Virus attached to the Mac. When trying to launch VIrus control, I got the "hardware/software mismatch" message.

same problem here

but finally after 15 times "reinstall drivers" it worked on my windows vista system. it's the same problem with the first public beta. with all previous 2.x releases it never happened.

Default Auto Update?

So do we need to download and install the latest software from the website in order to update to OS 3.0.1? I thought the update software on the Mac/PC would update the OS automatically when it detects the Virus TI... could someone please clarify.

Same problem here. It does not recognize my macbook pro G4 either. Try the 'All cables off and return with the 'Exit' hold button . Did not work. Any solutions?
