it's now 7:00am. I am shaved, showered and just threw on a suit.
As I was brushing my teeth, I came to the realization that as this sleep deprivation drags on, I'm actually starting to resemble my avatar more and more!

Wow!
You should make a few bucks impersonating Edward Norton!
If you find a Brad Pitt look-alike you can beat the shit out of each otehr at a local bar and make alot of money in tips!!!

just got about 4 hours of sleep. What a difference. Can think a bit more clearly now. Just what the hell happens during sleep that if you go more than 24 hours without it, you start to lose your mind?
Interesting fact . . .
- The record for the longest period without sleep is 18 days, 21 hours, 40 minutes during a rocking chair marathon. The record holder reported hallucinations, paranoia, blurred vision, slurred speech and memory and concentration lapses
and here is at least one benefit to insomnia . . .
- After five nights of partial sleep deprivation, three drinks will have the same effect on your body as six would when you've slept enough
(so apparently with isomnia, you can save money!!)

The rocking chair incident does not answer a VERY important question:
How does sleep deprivation effect one's ability to maintain an erection?
If insomnia screwed that up, I would take any medication necessary to resolve the issue.

Indeed, a very important question!! Luckily , I can safely assure you that the two aren't linked (thank god)!
