Default arpeggiator tempo - can anyone help

modifying my previous question a bit folks...

can anyone let me know how to slave the tempo between the Access Virus KC arpeggiator and Cubase SL ? At the moment all arpeggiated rhythms are out of sync with the host sequencer - rendering it useless for me...

cant find anything in the guidebook that explains it clearly

Set sync to external, I have a TI so not sure about your menu structure but it should be in the manual.

Look for something like midi clock, it will be sync to internal just now. if not then make sure cubase is sending a clock

On the Virus:
System menu -> MIDI -> ClockRX = Auto

On the Sequenser:
Make sure MIDI clock is sent to the MIDI port your Virus is on...

This way you Virus detects and syncs to an incomning MIDI clock if present and runs on internal clock if no MIDI clock is pressent. Sounds like you are not sending MIDI clock to your Virus since factory default is "Auto"...
