Default Recommend a PCI/PCIe USB2 card..also TI w/ Reaper?

I am looking to get a TI. Do you have any recommendations for a PCI or PCIe dedicated USB interface that has shown to work well with the TI?

I would like to use the usb>audio feature w/ Reaper and my soundcard.
I am on a very powerful pc. I have a Fast Track Pro USB soundcard.. not that great.. I do a lot of intricate automation and I have the latency maxxed out at something insane like 2000ms with a lot of tracks + vsti's and fx open. I don't have any other hardware and I don't play anything in real time so it works fine for me. Hoping the virus will save on CPU usage saving opening 10 or more vsti's.

Also.. can anyone give me the good and bad lowdown for using the TI w/ Reaper? I really want a TI, really don't want to give up Reaper... hoping there are some good experiences out there..

Thanks!

Can't say anything regarding the first part of your question.
As for TI+Reaper, here's a brief summary of my experience:
- the good: it works!
- the bad: the latency is huge (as in, ~4000 samples / 100 msec). And because of latency compensation, the same latency applies to any synth you play (not just the Virus). Everything's OK if you draw notes with the mouse, but for live playing it's unacceptable.
Never tried the VC in an officially supported DAW, so can't say if it's a Reaper-specific problem.
