Default Power supply Jomox mbase11

Hey
I recently got a Jomox Mbase 11 kick drum synth.
I have a few questions and thought that maybe some of you guys might have some answers.

-The power supply provided is rated for 120 V 60 Hz, where as in my country We get 240 V 50 Hz. I am using a step down transformer to take care of the voltage difference but cant figure out how to sort out the frequency difference.
Will the synth function without any problems if i use it with just a step down and 50 Hz supply instead of 60 Hz ?
I read somewhere that most electronic devices these days have no problems at either 50 or 60 Hz..especially devices that dont use motors...

could someone please help me out ? I really do not want to damage the synth.
I already plugged it in along with the step down transformer and it works, but I am not sure about the frequency issue...will it get damaged if i run it ?

thank you
