Mine threw two wobblies tonight, when I demoing it to a prospective buyer too.
Still, nothing else sounds quite like it for the money.

I think you're making much too fuss about the delay; the problem is really if the TI will ever work as a TI (Total integration).

For example, my case: I've been interested in the TI since I first read about it more than a year and a half ago. But I haven't bought it yet. why? very simple: it's the TI aspect that interest me most, and the only reason I find to sell my Indigo and buy a TI. If I was 100% the TI aspect will work flawlessly in the future, I'd buy the TI right now despite its not working now; and I would wait till june, July or even later. BUT that only if I was pretty sure it will work as they promised.
I hope it will, because the TI is the synth of my dreams; but I don't want it to become the synth of my nightmares, so I can't spend 2000 euros on a synth whose proper working is still a guess. But the wait...the wait is not so serious...not so much the wait as the 'uncertainty'.

I can't undertand people sticking up for Access when they themselves have spent the money on the box and are having trouble.

It's not the fact that the TI has bugs, it's the fact that Access kept this information to themselves. Of course most of the ranting posts are putting focus on the bugs themselves, but this indicates to me that many buyers were misinformed to begin with.

As to the people who bought after reading what real users are saying about the TI.....Wankers! The people in this position should have no reason to complain about the way Access handled the situation or the TI's bugs. You bought knowingly, so it's your fucking loss.

Mmm, Access taking us off their site!? Didn't know about this one. Could this be another move to mislead the public?

I for one can say - Fuck you Access. Hang out on the other forums/mailing lists if they are company friendly, but as you can see more members seem to be coming here from those very places.

you realy think people can pay $1750 for a defective product and when they're not happy they should just "shut the fuck up"?

that kind of marketing maybe normal in the old DDR, but not today mate.

btw you said your Ti is working fine - so that's kind of easy speaking isn't it?

waiting for radias....

I thought you said your's was having a few crashes here and there, not to mention the occasional screech and scream. Maybe you are very lucky indeed then.

At any rate, like I said, it's the fact people were misinformed rather than the probs themselves. Access un-linking people to the UAVF is definitely not a good show of spirit.

EDIT: I must say that I didn't even know we had a link on the Access site in the first place though.

No, just a user who likes this particular synth. I'm just as vocal in defending the companies of other gear I like and use too.
