anyways the next business day is tuesday, although i can pretty much clearly see this happen in shipping, i am very nervious, only because well, i am afraid the UPS guy will take the Company's side and not pay up. i really hope of course this doesnt happen, i insured it, but you sometimes they probably dont paid up.
and of course its a lot of money, and i was so excited to get the TI

i just sold my virus c, super bass station, and soem frost wave pedals for it. and now i have nothing, so i am a little, i dont know the right wording, but somewhere between scared and frustrated.

Really feel for you Angel. I had a synth damaged that was shipped from overseas, and it didn't feel nice at all.

Good luck with it all!

Send it back - they should take it no problem with a rating like that.

This is what shits me off about (a) buying on ebay (b) not many know how to pack things properly (c) yet they've thrown out the original packaging and seem to be oblivious to how easily it can get damaged during shipping.

I bought my second hand TI locally (from an ebay seller, but not through ebay - since I wanted a better price) - I waited over 4 months to get one for a good price.

I still have the complete packaging for the keyboard I bought new 6 months ago (also on Ebay admittedly).

I was wondering. If ups says it's not there fault and seller will not refund. Do you think paypal would give me my money back?

Thanks again for all your help and concern

Thanks short bus. But depends on when I get my $ back.
