When you say installing the update - do you mean *while* updating the TI-OS or during some otehr part of the install?

Which part of the install was happening at the time? Specifically - was it while the PC/Mac software was being installed or while the fireware updater was updating the OS?

Oooops - there is a way to recover your TI from this. I cant remember what it is.

Best contact Access Support and tell them exactly what happened, and exactly when the failure occured (ie during the OS update).

Im sure they will give you receovery instructions.

Have you tried repluging the TI while holding exit button? It puts the virus into update mode just in case any problem occur.
